The bullying should be eliminated, it seriously damages the mental health of the victim. Do you know? Bullying is a very evil act, not a few victims become depressed and eventually end their life by committing suicide. As for those who turn into masochists, there are also those who hold grudges and in the future they will become perpetrators of bullying. Do not let us become perpetrators of bullying, and also when we see someone who is being bullied, we have to help him. Please help each other for the common good between humans.

The word "Bullying" may sound familiar to some people in Indonesia. Some of them may already understand what bullying is. Bullying is an act or behavior of hurting other people in physical, verbal, and emotional forms. Bullying is done by a person or a group of people who feel that they have advantages such as a stronger physical form than the victim.

The purpose of this action is to make the victim suffer and also to make the victim have psychological pressure. Physical bullying is the behavior of physically hurting other people. In addition, verbal bullying is behavior such as ridicule or ridicule. Meanwhile, mental bullying can be in the form of exclusion. There are so many bullying incidents that are often encountered. This often occurs at the age of children who are still in school, both SD, SMP, and SMA.

For example, such as the case of bullying which was viral on social media some time ago. This case is in Malang City where students of SMP Negeri 16 Malang City experience bullying by their friends. The bullying that is done makes the victim have to experience an amputation of his middle finger. The police have also conducted further investigations into the bullying case. Kapolresta Malang Kota stated that previously the victim had also been picked up and slammed on a paving during recess. The bullying that occurred some time ago has attracted a lot of attention from the people of Indonesia. Apart from these cases, there are many other cases of bullying.

With the many cases that have occurred, unfortunately it is not matched by the imposition of sanctions from the school concerned. The school sometimes does not provide heavy sanctions for the bullying. The government must also take action so that bullying cases do not continue to occur. Unfortunately, this case of bullying is considered quite trivial, according to some people They said that the bully's actions were carried out on jokes with friends. However, these actions are not normal for the victim and can have a very bad impact on the victim. Many of the related schools provide policies by way of solving this bullying problem in a family manner. This has received a lot of criticism from some people because according to him, it is not appropriate to solve it in a family way.

If this is done, he is afraid that he will add to similar cases if it is not balanced with heavy sanctions against the bullying.

That children in and within the educational unit are obliged to receive protection from acts of physical, psychological, sexual and other crimes committed by educators, educational staff, fellow students, and / other parties. The protection as referred to in paragraph shall be carried out by educators, educational personnel, government officials and / the community.

Protection in bullying cases is still lacking, most cases are not followed up with regard to sanctions. The perpetrator only gave an apology for his treatment after the case was deemed resolved. Unfortunately, the regulations that have been established to regulate state life in Indonesia are still weak in enforcement. So the public feels the role of the government is still not optimal in this case of bullying.

Even though the perpetrators are often minors, sanctions are still sanctions. They should get sanctioned because they have done something that hurt the victim. The state of Indonesia is said to be a constitutional state but in terms of law enforcement and policies it is still lacking, especially in cases of bullying.
